Jonathan Melo

 Jon Melo is  the founder of Casa Linda Property Management and is the consumate hands on professional.  He does site checks, works on maintenance orders and does rental reviews.

Lisa Melo is the Office Manager and leasing specialist. She is dedicated to helping her clients and perform all the necessary steps to manage and maintain their properties.

I want to give a big shout out to Casa Linda Property Management, I highly recommend them! I was in need of a contractor to help me repair, upgrade, and renew my very large deck. (I had been following Jon on social media & saw the quality of his work). I contacted "Casa Linda" for a quote, and some advice. They were quick to respond and take a look at my property. I was given a fair quote, and was reminded that it was dependent on what issues he would find once the frame was exposed. Needless to say, the issues were many, (the deck was rotting, sinking, and nothing was plumb). Jonathon Melo and his team were able to repair the frame, rebuild & secure the deck before applying the upgraded treks. During the process I consulted with him regarding the application of a pergola. Again he was able to install the pergola, and I am thrilled with the finished product! He is a true craftsman, a fair businessman, and a new friend!!
