I want to give a big shout out to Casa Linda Property Management, I highly recommend them! I was in need of a contractor to help me repair, upgrade, and renew my very large deck. (I had been following Jon on social media & saw the quality of his work). I contacted "Casa Linda" for a quote, and some advice. They were quick to respond and take a look at my property. I was given a fair quote, and was reminded that it was dependent on what issues he would find once the frame was exposed. Needless to say, the issues were many, (the deck was rotting, sinking, and nothing was plumb). Jonathon Melo and his team were able to repair the frame, rebuild & secure the deck before applying the upgraded treks. During the process I consulted with him regarding the application of a pergola. Again he was able to install the pergola, and I am thrilled with the finished product! He is a true craftsman, a fair businessman, and a new friend!!
